The Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry Lahore Division (WCCIL) proudly shares that Acting President Ms. Faiza Nabeel, along with a delegation of members, visited the FPCCI Regional Office to present strategic proposals aimed at enhancing women’s economic participation.
In her address, Ms. Faiza Nabeel highlighted the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in sustaining and scaling their businesses, particularly those seeking entry into export markets. To address these gaps, WCCIL proposed:
Establishment of an Export Information Desk
Allocation of a dedicated women’s quota
Provision of subsidised stalls for women-led businesses at international trade exhibitions
These measures, once implemented, will remove barriers, create equal opportunities, and enable women entrepreneurs to thrive in the global economy.
WCCIL looks forward to building a strong partnership with FPCCI to turn these proposals into reality, driving women’s empowerment and sustainable economic growth across Pakistan.
