WCCIL President Ms. Falahat Imran attended the session titled “Just Transition & Climate Change: Driving Business Sustainability & Global Market Readiness”, held on 12 November 2025 in Lahore. The event, organized by the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan (EFP) in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), focused on the critical role of sustainability and formalization in enhancing business competitiveness, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The session highlighted the growing need for businesses to adopt responsible practices that align with global sustainability standards and market requirements. Experts and industry leaders discussed how SMEs can transition towards environmentally conscious operations while maintaining economic resilience and preparing for global market entry.
